Entry to the Cold Case app is via the Salt dashboard, which can be accessed via the SAPGUI or via a browser.

On the Salt dashboard, you will also find a collection of other apps your project team can use to immediately improve SAP system health and integrity.

Cold Case finds all of the transports from your development systems which have been dormant for a defined time range. This includes unreleased transports with no new object changes, and released transports without any migration activity.
