Salt support is available from a variety of channels and you simply choose the most convenient approach to suit your needs.
All Salt subscriptions can access:

- Community Forum
- User guides and Documentation
- Salt Online Case Management for Support Requests
To raise a support ticket, simply login and under the Salt Toolkit area, select “Request Support” next to the Salt ID you would like support for.
Number of support contacts per Salt subscription
The number of support contacts varies depending on the Salt subscription type:
